Breath, meditation, gentle movement and guided rest, rooted in yoga and led by trauma-informed facilitators. No special equipment, no changing clothes, no experience needed. Every partnership also helps fund the same programming for Wisconsin communities facing barriers to wellness.

Practical tools,
not perfect poses.

Rooted in yoga and mindfulness, our sessions extend beyond traditional poses to include practical breathing, grounding, gentle movement and rest.

Work is where a lot of stress happens. Body-based practices help people shift from "stuck on" to settled and focused, quickly, in a way they can repeat on their own.

Sessions are designed to support:

  • Less stress and physical tension

  • Better focus and emotional regulation

  • Stronger team connection and psychological safety

  • Sustainable habits, especially in high-demand roles

Teams we often work with

Caregivers & helping professionals

Managing emotional demands, fatigue and opportunities for rest during high-stress work.

Desk-based teams

Addressing physical tension, screen fatigue and transitions between demanding tasks.

Organizations navigating change

Creating intentional opportunities for grounding, reflection and connection.

Beyond stress relief:
building the capacity to respond.

Stress doesn’t always disappear when we take a break. But we can practice noticing how it shows up in our bodies, thoughts, and interactions. Through accessible movement, guided meditation, breathwork, and reflection, RAY creates opportunities to interrupt automatic stress responses, explore different choices, and build practical skills that extend beyond a single session.

Why RAY?

RAY’s approach has been shaped by our work across correctional facilities, community organizations, and other settings where access to wellness is limited. Our facilitators bring that same commitment to dignity, accessibility, and participant choice into the workplace. We recognize that stress and wellbeing are shaped not only by individual habits but also by our environments, relationships, and opportunities for connection. Our programs create space for people to develop practical tools while fostering a greater sense of awareness, agency, and belonging.

Research note

Our approach is informed by ongoing research, reflection, and the experiences of the communities we serve. We are interested not just in whether practices help, but how they help, for whom, and under what conditions. Through thoughtful feedback and collaboration, we continue learning and adapting our programming.
